Congress - Alot of walking but worth it Dewayne was amazing guide very informative. Would recommend if possible do in smaller group.

Unbelievable! - The tour was good, full of stops and beautiful memorials. The tour guid, Kareem is what took this to another level! His knowledge, passion, creativity and insight made you no want to miss a word he said. My third time in DC and I learned so much, the best tour I have experienced!

Monuments at Dusk - The tour was about 3.5 hours. Our guide was kind and very knowledgeable. The group felt like we were ready for a Jeopardy category clean up!

The right guide - I wish the description had been more detailed and clear. I was surprised to learn the tour involved about 7,000 steps, if not more. I didn’t have my walker with me, and the driver (Isaiah) rushed us throughout the entire experience. In fact, that was the only time he really spoke—there was no sense of hospitality or friendliness.
On a positive note, the tour guide was amazing and truly made the experience worthwhile. Sadly I can’t remember his name but he was a tax guy during the day. He was knowledgeable about the city and government, shared great insights, and maintained a cheerful attitude. He also gave some excellent food recommendations that made the trip even more special.

Disappointed - I want to be completely transparent: I really like the concept of this experience, but I wasn’t pleased with how this particular tour was executed.
To start, our bus was a very old Greyhound with cracking seats and extremely dark windows. The intercom barely worked, cutting in and out throughout the ride. The biggest issue, though, was that the AC wasn’t working and it was a 90-degree day.
I will say, at our first stop at the Capitol, the owner did arrange for a replacement bus, which I appreciated. While the second bus was also older, it at least had working AC. However, we had to wait outside for about 30 minutes for it to arrive, which unfortunately put a damper on the overall experience. You could feel the frustration not just from me, but from others on the tour as well.
Another detail that stood out was the complimentary water. Given that DC was experiencing one of its hottest weeks, I expected it to be kept cold, but it was left in the original packaging at the front of the bus. It’s a small touch, but it would have made a big difference.
The guide was informative, and the owner was kind and responsive, which I do appreciate. However, until some upgrades are made to the overall experience, I wouldn’t choose this tour operator again

Not worth the money - Bus was late. Stayed at every memorial/monument longer than allotted time causing the tour to run over an hour late. Finishing at 11pm. Air on bus didn’t work.

Pickup was late, bus with... - Pickup was late, bus with no AC, had to switch buses, no complimentary water, didn’t end till 11. Terrible experience
