Fantastic ghost tour - Great experience. Sonia was fantastic and very informative. Definitely would refer this tour. Seeing Georgetown at night was fun and somewhat creepy. Loved we ran into an old ghostly lady (twice) creeped out the experience extra more.

Our guide took us to... - Our guide took us to several homes that are said to be haunted and told the stories of the ghosts that inhabit those homes. The tour ended at the house where the person who wrote "The Exorcist" lived when he wrote it, and the stairs from the final scene in the movie are right next to the house.

Fun tour made even better by a fantastic guide! - Loved the tour. On the original night we had booked the tour, my wife was sick from bad clams eaten earlier in the day. The tour guide was nice enough to move us to the following night’s tour at no additional cost. Our guide - Wayne - was full of knowledge on the subjects. We stopped at places we never would have otherwise and got to hear the dark history behind each property. The tour was a highlight of our DC trip! Wayne even stayed after the tour and chatted with us about horror movies and took pictures of us on the Exorcist stairs. It was like hanging out with an old friend. Super engaging, super interesting and a ton of fun. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be reaching out to Wayne again!

Lots of history; not so much spooky. - Friendly and knowledgeable host. I found the content to be more historical than spooky. The route was manageable; not too many hills or steps, except for the end, which is the Exorcist stairs!
