Joe Knows Georgetown - We took this tour on August 23, 2025. Our tour operator Joe sent us a text telling exactly where to meet him in the area. Joe was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. He took through the Georgetown neighborhood giving us a history of the area and plenty of juicy stories about former residents. We stopped at a number of local eateries, sampling their foods. Joe gave us a background on each eatery, and it place in the local scene. This was an excellent tour, and we give it our highest recommendation.

Definitely Recommend! - Great food tour. We got to learn a bunch of history of DC and Georgetown. There is a decent amount of walking so just keep that in mind when booking. We had 4 tastings and they were full sized meals. My husband and I were definitely full at the end.

Very interesting tour - This tour combines food and history and makes learning about the area a whole lot of fun. My husband and I took the Georgetown food walking tour and had a wonderful time. The food stops were all locally owned restaurants and the food was delicious. Our guides kept us entertained as they educated us about the history of the area while mixing in enough food stops to keep everyone happy. They answered lots of questions and we walked enough to work off some of the calories we consumed.
