By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks for yourself and any minor in your party who meets the age requirement. You certify that all participants meet the minimum age requirement; failure to comply will result in denial of service without refund, rescheduling, or credit.
• Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims or damages arising from participation, including failure to follow policies. Age Requirement: All participants must be at least 5 years old—children under 5 are strictly prohibited and will NOT be allowed under any circumstances. This is a firm no-exceptions policy, and any group arriving with a child under 5 will be required to leave.
