Guests who arrive with children under the minimum age will not be permitted to participate, and no refunds, rescheduling, or credits will be issued. No Exceptions Policy: You acknowledge that this age restriction is a strict safety policy with no exceptions, regardless of whether a parent or guardian provides a child restraint device.
- Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in an open-air vehicle tour involves inherent risks, including but not limited to sudden stops, turns, traffic conditions, and environmental exposure. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks for yourself and any minor in your party who meets the age requirement. Compliance Responsibility: You certify that all members of your party meet the minimum age requirement. Failure to comply will result in denial of service without refund, rescheduling, or credit. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the tour, including those related to failure to follow stated policies.
