Didn't see much of the actual process of chocolate-making. I liked learning about it, and our tour guide was very good, but I expected to see more of the actual process (roasting the beans, making the chocolate, etc).

We took a tour of the factory as part of a food-themed bachelorette party, and we had a wonderful time. The gracious staff even let me use their break room to feed my two-month-old baby. Every staff member we met was great. And of course, the chocolate was delicious!

Super interesting! Who knew that a chocolate factory existed in the middle of DC! Not to mention the chocolate was awesome -- definitely taste quality

It was difficult to hear tour guide at times. If she could remember to face the crowd at all times and project her voice when machinery turns on, it would have been helpful.

There were too many people on the tour and the guide was very soft spoken. It was difficult to hear her.
