We find a suitable spot to unload the Kayaks and then peddle into the the Bay. The seals swim around the Kayaks, what an awesome experience. We serve some cool drinks and sandwiches once we are done . Then everybody helps to load the Kayaks and we slowly go back to Walvis Bay.

Our modern, unsinkable kayaks are user-friendly and designed not to capsize. Each participant receives a life jacket, and our guide will instruct you on how to use the kayak. No prior experience is necessary.
This is a must-do for the active traveler. If a group wishes to kayak at a different location, please contact us to explore the possibilities.
- This activity needs a minimum of 2 participants to start, should this number not be met you will be offered another date/experience or full refund
- This activity is seldom cancelled due to bad weather as it seldom rains, but we have Sandstorms, should thistour be cancelled due to bad weather you will be offered another time schedule or date or full refund
- Should you be a big group talk to us and we will reduce the price. More than 6 pax and we can discount the price for everybody
- Please note German guides are limited and we do not have the capacity to give everyone a German guide, These will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please note we can not guarantee a German guide on every tour!!
- please note all Cruise Liner passengers, your tour pick up time starts an hour after you have docked. The tour will depart latest an hour and a half after the pick up time. Late comers are considered a no show

Must Do! - We booked the full-day tour with pickup in Swakop and absolutely loved it. We had a great time both kayaking and on the trip to Sandwich Harbour. Our guide, Le Clue, was with us the whole time and taught us so much about Namibia! He also treated us to some great snacks. Le Clue was one of the best guides we’ve ever had on all our travels. Thank you so much, my Friend!

Wonderful experience!!! - It's a fascinating experience. All very well organized. Our guide Andrew has been extraordinarily attentive to us. He has given us explanations about animals, plants, geology, history... He has also taken us comfortably in the 4x4 on roads and dunes. The kayak ride with hundreds of friendly seals has been unforgettable. A dream come true!! A magnificent picnic on the way back to the coast has capped the excursion before returning to the hotel in a relaxed manner.
I recommend this activity!!

Fantastic kayak tour among the seals with guide Leclue - We enjoyed the kayak tour among the seals. Guide Leclue was incredibly friendly and shared all kinds of fun facts about the animals and the area. The seals came curiously close and provided a unique, unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Such fun - Just had an amazing morning with Volker kayaking among juvenile seals. So much fun. We got up really close to them and it was a beautiful experience to witness these playful creatures at close quarters. Definitely a thumbs up from me.

Amazing seal tour with perfect guide - The tour was amazing. Tongai was our guide. He told us so much about the country, the surroundings, and the wildlife. I would really recommend this. It is very special to kayak with all the seals around you

Amazing Half-Day Kayaking Experience at Pelican Point! - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an absolutely wonderful day on our half-day kayak tour (April 3rd), and it was easily one of the highlights of our trip!
From the moment we were picked up, our driver LeClue made the experience special. He was incredibly enthusiastic and shared fascinating stories and information about the different sights along the way. His passion really added a great touch to the drive.
The kayaking itself was breathtaking. We saw so many seals at Pelican Point! Being that close to them in the water was an unforgettable experience.
To top it all off, LeClue prepared a fantastic brunch with a great variety of drinks once we finished kayaking. Everything was delicious, but I especially loved the egg mayo bread—it was exactly what we needed after a morning on the water.
This was a highly professional and enjoyable tour. I can’t recommend it enough!

Great on water experience for the family! - We spent an unforgettable day with LeClue doing both the seal kayaking, and it was easily one of the highlights of our Namibia trip. From the start, he made everyone feel relaxed and well looked after. On the water, he shared fascinating information about the seals and their behavior, while always keeping a close eye on the group to make sure everyone felt safe and comfortable.

Great kayak Tour with the seals - It was amazing to Kayak next to the seals and See them really near. Also out guide Le Clue gave us a lot of Information on the animals, so we Not only had an unforgettable experience but also learned something.
