Kajaking with seals - an exciting ride and amazing adventure! - Row, row, row your kayak, gently down the stream of never ending seals… What an amazing adventure we must say. We’ve gotten to know Pelican Point as if we’d grown up there ourselves - with all the small and interesting notes you need to know to feel like you really know a place. Beautiful weather surrounded our half-day-trip to meet rightly 90.000 seals, or the majority of them. Everything felt right and in time and space - our five year old still talks about the colony, the water, the beach and the exiting ride. Thank you a lot, team of Pelican Point Kayaking

Beautiful father-son experience - Truly amazing experience. Very friendly staff; CJ was very helpful and knowledgeable. Saw Flamingos, Pelicans, Jackals, a few dolphins, even one whale, and countless seals that you come extremely close too. Absolutely worth it.

Unforgettable halfday - Unforgettable Half-Day Kayaking with Seals! We had a fantastic morning in Walvis Bay. The kayak tour to the seal colony at Pelican Point was an unforgettable experience – hundreds of seals were swimming around us, some even came really close! The tour was well organized, the guides were friendly, helpful, and shared lots of interesting facts. The kayaks felt very stable and safe, even for beginners or kids. One of the highlights of our Namibia trip – highly recommended!

Full of great!!! - It couldn't have gone any better. Great experience with curious and playful seals. What was just annoying was that a large group of guests was significantly delayed and you had to wait.

Experience of a lifetime - One of the most amazing experiences of my life. The team at Pelican Point Kayaking are 2nd to none. Our guide SJ regaled us with tales of growing up in Namibia but conveniently stopped along the way to point out interesting places and any wildlife such as the black backed jackal eating on the sand (SJ is worth more money). Once in the water, it was incredible! Hopefully the photos do it justice. All topped of with hot tea/coffee and sandwiches back on the beach. I can thoroughly recommend Pelican Point Kayaking for the experience of a lifetime. I would definitely do this again and again!

The best way to spend a morning! - Sooooooo manyyyyyyy seals - even if you’ve seen seals or been in the water with them…..not this many! We were on a cruise and the company had good communication, transport and timing. SJ was a wealth of info and v interesting chap himself - ask him questions should you be lucky enough to have him as your driver! The experience was priceless. I’m coming back as a walvis bay Namibian seal if there is reincarnation cause it’s all about playing eating and sleeping :)

Ech. - Not the best experience. I was a little taken back by all the dead seals that are on the beach along the way. Additionally, our tour guides parked the trucks and set up the tables right by a baby dead seal. Was kind of gross. "Brunch" was a roll with a piece of deli meat. Super disappointing. And still trying to get the stink out of my swim suit because of the water.
