The person we talked with in person was very helpful. The website was confusing - which makes sense as there are 2 companies providing bikes for the trail. Maybe you could explain what services are by packages? Bronze package Rent bike, no transportation to drop off for you or bikes and no ride up the trail. Silver: Bike + transportation to drop off. etc. We thought we asked for our bikes to be transported to the drop off, so we lost 1.75 hrs. Second, my bicycle wheel was not attached securely and I couldn't ride it by the time I reached the start of the trail. Fortunately I borrowed a wrench, and was able to move the rear wheel back enough so there was some tension in the chain. I had to do it a second time on the trail. Great trail, great service, once you fix these issues.
