Depart from pier 13 and 14 in Auckland’s Downtown Ferry Terminal to Waiheke Island at either 9am, 10:15am or 11am. On weekdays, depart from pier 3 in Waiheke Island’s Matiatia Ferry Terminal to Auckland at either 4:15pm, 5:15pm or 6pm.  On weekends and public holidays, depart from pier 3 in Waiheke Island’s Matiatia Ferry Terminal to Auckland at either 4:15pm, 5:15pm or 6:15pm.

Reserve your spot on the Waiheke Island direct ferry service, the Waiheke Reserve. Select your preferred date and time for travel on the Waiheke Reserve ferry and arrive up to 20 minutes before the scheduled departure. Departure times are available at 9am, 10:15am, or 11am from pier 13/14 at the Auckland Ferry Terminal, and at 4:30pm or 5:15pm from pier 3 at the Matiatia Ferry Terminal. The Waiheke Reserve is ideal for those with set travel plans, allowing for same-day returns or booking a return trip up to three weeks from the departure date. If traveling outside these times, opt for the Waiheke Walk-up ferry, the main passenger ferry service providing frequent, regular trips to Waiheke Island throughout the year.
