The Chill Boat - The boat is a great choice for short journeys. With just a few hours of travel, you’ll be able to “change the wind” with the blue sea, white sand and fresh air. What I liked most in Vung Loaf was the feeling of very chill – not as crowded as many other places. Wake up early in the morning to go to the sea, breathing the wind is to see the spirit is "reset" immediately. In the afternoon, watching the sunset, the sun is beautiful and gentle. Eat without worry, fresh seafood, reasonable prices, many good restaurants. Evening walks by the sea, drinking water, talking is enough fun.

Long Tan Private Tour - I don't normally do reviews, however this VIP day Tour of Long Tan and broader Australian commitment in Vietnam was exceptional. The knowledge and insight gained from the local guide was outstanding. Hong was just amazing in every aspect, can't recommend her enough. Thanks Huong for the experience of a lifetime.

Great Long Tan trip. - As the son of a Vietnam Veteran, the Long Tan tour was wonderful. Nam was our guide and he was very knowledgeable. It was a very educational experience for my son's. All in all we had a great time. The only downside was that due to the amount to see and learn everything felt a bit rushed.

Friendly and Authentic - Our guide Namh was extremely knowledgeable about the different areas used by Australian, New Zealand and Vietnamese troops. He brought history to life, recounting stories of vets and their experiences. Our tour included hidden gems such as local tunnels guided by the descendents of those who built them. A wonderful day for anyone with an interest in this chapter of history.

Can’t miss your to pay your respects to our Australian Soldiers. - The tour ran very smoothly, to time and as advertised. Nam our guide was tremendous. He provided historical information on the Long Tan battle but also talked about anecdotal accounts from locals and Australians he had guided along the way. Visiting the site of the Nui Dat base was interesting to see now and with photographs Nam showed from wartime. Our seaside lunch was fresh and very taste. A great way to spend a day to touch on Australian fighting history but also to see the changes in the area.

Bringing alive the Aussie role in the Vietnam War - My wife & I were very young during the period of Australian involvement in the Vietnam War. However we heard the news reports which mentioned Nui Dat, Long Tan and Vung Tau. Our guide Nam was able to explain the significance of each location using historic photos as well as anecdotes shared with him personally by Aussie Vietnam veterans. We left with a real appreciation of that part of Australia's military history. This would not be possible in a large group tour (we saw a couple of buses) where you are herded into sites and given a superficial explanation. Thank you Nam for our personal tour and for your passion in keeping alive this part of Australia's history.
