Peaceful and Unique Lake Experience - I loved that this was on a lake and that the cold plunge was the lake, itself! So open and beautiful. Even with other people around, I somehow felt like I had a nice amount of space.

There a few pools of varying temperatures and a sauna. For those wanting to cool off, a jump into the lake does the trick.
While not our favorite spa (that goes to the Forest Lagoon in Akuyeri), the Vök Baths were very nice. The only negative was how slippery the main pool was. That will, of course, be corrected when they clean it again.

Excellent - Loved vok baths! We’ve done a few geothermal hot springs in Iceland all over the country, and this was one of the best! So clean and beautiful! The view of the lake is soothing and breath taking at the same time. Baths are well designed and felt amazing! Loved the cold mist and steam rooms, and a quick plunge in the lake felt refreshing.

Beautiful lake view - We enjoyed the Vok baths. The people were friendly. You get a wrist band that lets you enter, open/close your locker and exit. I think you could use it for other things as well but that is all I used mine for. We were there around 7 pm and ate at the small restaurant first. The food was good but the portions were small. We all enjoyed trying the complimentary tea. The scenery was beautiful and the baths felt great after a long day. The ramps to get in and out are slippery and slimy. There was some small pieces of that black slime floating around in the water which I didn’t love. My family members all enjoyed jumping into the cold lake and had a beverage. The locker rooms were nice with the showers completely private and an open locker room. Mirrors and hairdryers were available as well. I thought the price was fair compared to the price of other places.

Vok baths is a really... - Vok baths is a really cool experience. 3 different temperature pools plus sauna overlookinga lake. You can cool off in the 10 degree lake which is exhilarating.
You need to shower before entering pool with limited private space to do so.
Found the check in reception lady treated me like an imbecile as I was struggling with her thick Spanish accent and very rapid speech, which was unnecessary and demeaning as i was trying to understand the wrist band pricing etc. Soured the experience some what as she was not kind.

Relaxed bathing - Tasty but no more special than the Secret Lagoon that only costs half!
Bottom vd bathing gives a less natural idea (smooth bottom)

Vok hot baths - Pools were slimy, very slippery. Upon leaving the facility we were all looking forward to our hot tea and much to our surprise they were all out!
