Great Experience for Slovenian wine tasting & winery tour! - The tour was fantastic, the host was very kind, gave us a nice presentation of Slovenian wines and wine making history in Slovenia. First we went to Guerila Zmagoslav-Petric winery. Pretty amazing and educational how they craft with their winemaking huge equipment! Second we went to Burja Estate Winery! We tried 4 different of wine and it was really really good! 🍷.. lastly, shout out to our driver and tour guide name Ales!!! Very friendly and guide as whats the best things to do in the country! :)

Nice trip with good food and wine - Good guide, and a nice little follow for 5 people. We drove an hour from Ljubljana. Got explained a lot along the way, about what we saw and how Slovenia is as a country. We visited 2 vineyards with nice hosts and good wines. We also served bread, cheese and ham. After 8 glasses of wine and a glass of cognac there was a good mood in the car on the way home. The visit was definitely worth both time and money. Overall a very good experience.

Great experience! - A rainy afternoon spent with our tour guide Alen was wonderful. Alen shared his knowledge about Slovenia and wine during the drive to beautiful Vipava Valley we visited two unique vineyards and met owners/family members learning about their processes and tasted great wine. The entire experience was interesting and so much fun. Alen was a terrific guide and engaged us in the experience in such a pleasant way.

Wine of the times! - Intimate wine tasting experience with local wine makers. We didn’t just taste wine, we were blessed with fresh homemade bread and cinnamon rolls, and freshly cured meats all made by family members. 10/10 experience.

We toured a winery owned... - We toured a winery owned by a really cool guy. We had lunch at his harmhouse and the food was delicious. He not only produces his own wine but also his own meat and vegetables. There really is a big difference between home grown tomatoes and the store bought variety.

A wonderful introduction to Slovenian wine, food, and culture! - The two wineries we visited were fantastic, especially the one owned by Davorin. It was a wonderful experience to taste delicious wine in a traditional Slovenian village with homemade fresh cheese, bread and meats. Our tour guide Dave was also great, he had us laughing and joking the whole way!
