A wonderful introduction to Slovenian wine, food, and culture! - The two wineries we visited were fantastic, especially the one owned by Davorin. It was a wonderful experience to taste delicious wine in a traditional Slovenian village with homemade fresh cheese, bread and meats. Our tour guide Dave was also great, he had us laughing and joking the whole way!

Really fantastic... - Really fantastic experience. We visited two vineyards and tasted lots of different wines and food. The views were beautiful and our tour operator was very knowledgeable about the wines and the area so we felt like we were learning a lot.

Great wine tour - The wine tour was a fabulous way to spend an afternoon in the Vipava valley. Our tour guide Rocco was very nice, and the hosts at both of the vineries we visited were great, serving a variety of fabulous wines as well as showing us their home and wine cellars. What a great day!

Amazing trip - Amazing tour guide Luca, the winery’s were amazing brilliant wines and the foods was amazing (although meat based if you are vegetarian). Beautiful scenery too, I would do this tour again.

Fantastic Experience - Simone was our driver/guide. Traffic was tough getting out of town, but she gave us wonderful history and cultural lesson on the way. We went to two family owned vineyards. It was a marvelous experience! The wine was nice and the cheese, bread and meats were top notch. Beautiful views and friendly folks. A near perfect day. If you want to get away from it all and immerse yourself into the heart of Slovenia, I highly recommend this trip.

Wine tasting , what’s not to enjoy in a beautiful valley - A fantastic , informative experience .Our guide Maha was interesting and funny . The drive through to the vineyards just beautiful. We stopped at two vineyards, Wines , which many we tried were delicious , as well local meats and cheese .lovely and relaxed as we sat around on the patio learnt about the wines long history.Our guide never rushed us as we ran well over the allotted times. To do tour group just so friendly .

Fantastic wine tour - Majah was our driver, she was very knowledgeable about Slovakian history. We were taken to an amazing vineyard, we were hosted by an amazing owner who was very passionate in everything he does. We later visited another vineyard that was great. I would highly recommend this tour

Vipava Valley Wine Tasting - An excellent half day trip to the Vipava Valley - the local hosts were very welcoming with 4 wines to taste at each of the vineyards plus a selection of meats and cheeses. On our day the traffic was very bad and we were an hour late to the first vineyard. However we were still given the same amount of time at each venue and arrived back to Ljubljana later than planned but was no issue our driver ensured that we were happy with that so we would not miss out on the experience.
