The staff was courteous... - The staff was courteous and friendly. They were able to find us at the airport despite all the crowds. They arrived rearly on departure day, thus taking away the worry of getting to the airport.

Platinum Aruba- the BEST Transportation service in Aruba!! Book Now!! - I highly recommend you use Platinum Aruba. The owner, Marsan outside of offering excellent service, is a great person, humble, kind, honest, and dependable. I actually booked Transportation with his company last year. However, my son broke his arm literally the day before my trip which required surgery. I contacted Viator while in the Emergency Department and explained what was going on. I was within the 24hr cancelation time frame (US time) but was told I wasn't because Aruba's time was an hour ahead so I would be unable to cancel the tour. The Customer Service rep was very rude and condescending. So I reached out to the company, Marsan, and advised what was going on. He stated not to worry, focus on taking care of my son and when I re-booked my vacation, he would honor my purchase. Well 8 months later, he did!!! He has a beautiful black SUV. He stayed in constant contact, as our flight was delayed. He was timely and gave great information about the island. He also does tours. I will always use him when I go to Aruba. Book with him directly. Big companies like Viator don't care about you!

Great start, lackluster finish. - It started off great! Communication was very responsive. They were on time at the airport waiting with a name sign and had champagne like requested. However, the car did not fit 6 people plus 2 luggage’s each 1 small and 1 large luggage per person which was communicated via WhatsApp. The owner was not pleasant about his mistake and basically told me it was a learning experience for both of us. As a travel agent I made sure I communicated with the owner prior to booking to make sure they could accommodate us. Please not that this is not the cheapest transportation actually one of the more pricey services which we did not mind if it would have met our needs. The owner ended up driving our luggage in a separate vehicle to our hotel. So he did make sure we did get from point A to point B.

Complaint Regarding Airport Transportation Service and Request for Refund - I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the transportation service I booked from the airport in Aruba. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
The driver arrived late, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience after my arrival. Additionally, my wife and I had to wait for 30 minutes for him to bring his truck to the arrival area. There was no communication whatsoever regarding the delay. I did not receive any updates, nor was I able to reach anyone for clarification while I was waiting.
This lack of punctuality and communication falls well below reasonable service expectations, especially for airport transportation where timing is critical.
Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for this service. I do not feel that the service provided met the standards that were promised or paid for.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
