Excellent - The Driver was excellent. Beautiful, clean BMW. He had to wait because our bags were delayed. No problem. Then my husband left his ball cap in his car. I texted him and he returned his cap. Highly recommend this company.

It starts like a dream! - What a pleasure to be greeted by Philippe and his magnificent sedan! It's comfort.

A missed opportunity by the company for what should have been a 5-star review. - It’s paradise so hard to be grumpy but, I’ll just share these facts and you can ultimately decide. We reserved a private (Mercedes) transfer from the airport to our hotel and had a 5:30 am arrival. We were first asked if it was ok to change our vehicle from the Mercedes to a passenger van (still private and at the same price, because our arrival was “so early”?) and then our driver was at least 20 minutes late picking us up. When you are on a luxury vacation a Mercedes vs passenger van…just aren’t the same! And why you are still more than 20 minutes late - just not sure about that one. That said, our driver was great and friendly and our transfer to the hotel was otherwise without any additional incident. This was a missed opportunity by the company for a 5-star review.

We had to ride the wave good weather prevented us from hoping for a refund at least - Ok okay Philippe nice but if bad weather problem no refund no commercial gesture short not nice the adventure had started well but really disappointed
