Great experience private transport Airport to Hotel - Great communication before and during our travel from Phoenix to Santiago Airport. Landed after a long overnight flight with my older in laws with a lot of luggage and didn't want to deal with cabs, etc. Texted us to let us know where to meet and provided us a picture so we knew not only to look for my name but also her picture. No issues at all. We used the same service the next day for a vineyard tour and lunch. Would highly recommend. Always felts safe as a passenger on both days.

Good transfer experience - Picked up from the airport by Bedsymar on time and she was clearly visible at the appointed pick up point. Very pleasant ride to the hotel with some very useful info provided. Highly recommend.

Franklin was our driver's... - Franklin was our driver's name - he arrived at airport ahead of us as our flight was delayed and upon arrival it took considerable time to navigate entry and claim baggage. He communicated his location in the terminal clearly via WhatsApp, though we stumbled about finding him. After a friendly welcome, he took control of our bags and led us to the his vehicle which was very clean. The drive was comfortable though morning traffic slowed our trip. Upon arrival at our hotel, he offloaded the bags and bid us a smiling farewell. Highly recommend this service and Franklin as the driver.

Franck was terrific! He... - Franck was terrific! He reached out the day before, provided detailed pickup instructions & was waiting for us when we arrived. During our travel from the airport, he was very personable, provided us with useful information about Santiago & above all was a very safe driver. Definitely would recommend him & this company!

Shocking - Bad experience! Fully paid premium airport transfer and no one from the company Movit showed up. No desk to go to and we were assailed by scam taxi drivers. A very bad arrival experience after a 13 hour flight
