Private transfer to/from Ritz Carlton - Great service from airport to the Ritz and back to airport. Professional and on time! Definitely worth it. Will use again when we return.

Kevin is the best!! - The process was seamless. We were met outside baggage claim. Kevin gave us great suggestions for places to eat and places to see. He had water bottles at the ready as well. He was a great auto host!!

On time. Great ride. Great driver. - Great service. They were waiting immediately and even though we booked the shuttle, we were the only ones. The driver, I think his name is Greene, was very knowledgeable about the area.

Best choice for private transportation - Service was friendly and on-time to and from the airport. Drivers were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend if you prefer a higher class of transportation with privacy.

Missed connection - Disappointing experience…the connection at StThomas was chaotic ( to say the least). Was not able to connect with Red Car because whoever was coordinating the passagers from the flight (delayed) directed me to a regular taxi…didn’t find out until we were on our way to the Westin in the taxi! Anyway, the fair was prepaid and not refundable ( apparently). Hopefully the return from the hotel to the airport via Red Car will be smoother ( now that I under process better)
