Upon booking the VIP service, the operator receives a notification with the client’s details and starts arranging the exclusive transfer. The day prior to arrival, the operator will reach out to confirm the service details and provide the name of the assigned representative. Upon arrival at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), at either Terminal A or B, a representative will be waiting, easily recognizable by their uniform and a folder displaying the logo, which includes the printed reservation with the client’s name clearly visible. For added comfort, the transfer will be in a luxurious SUV, ensuring a comfortable and exclusive journey. The driver will assist and transport the client directly to their accommodation or destination in Punta Cana or Uvero Alto, guaranteeing a VIP and efficient transfer experience.
