Really fun experience, awesome views of Fort Worth you can't get any other way, and the staff was wonderful! Would make a great gift for anyone on your list!
A great experience to share with your kids, they thoroughly enjoyed it! Rather than materialistic things, this experience is a memorable one that lasts in our hearts. My oldest is a Marine, so sharing this with him, knowing that this plane survived WWII, meant even more...
This was a fantastic experience. We not only had the opportunity to fly in the wonderful WWII aircraft, but also see the Christmas lights from above. All employees are so fantastic. They are friendly, answer any questions and make it a most memorable event. I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity before it disappears.
My Wife and i did very much enjoy the flight and will probably do something similar again in the future
An exhilarating experience aboard a beautiful piece of living history. I'll be back again soon, and I'm bringing all my friends.
It was supposed to be a 50 minute flight or that is what’s advertised. From the time we headed out the terminal to the time we got back and off loaded was 32 minutes. It would have also been nice to have had some verbal indication as to which way to look or had the areas of lights announced so one could prepare to photo/video. But overall it was s nice experience.
So inspirational being on the plane. And the lights were beautiful!
It was a bit confusing when we first started walking towards the building. The sign was on the ground and pretty small, so if one was on the side of the parking lot someone should come out often to check for "wanderers" ;)
Otherwise, everyone was very nice, informative and the flight itself was a magnificent experience. Thank you!
It’s a great experience and we were excited to fly. My only know would be our flight seemed short. Our flight was 12/16 at 8:00 PM.
We took off at about 10 till and we’re back in our car at 8:37 and we hung out by the plane post flight for awhile. Seems like we flew maybe 20-30 minutes? Loved the experience and hold no animosity just an observation. We would do it again.
A unique fun experience. Great view of the city at that altitude. Small group made it very nice too.
We had an absolutely wonderful time once we finally got there. The only thing, I think, that would help the overall experience, is to have more explicede instructions on how to get there. The streets named on your flyers would not come up on my GPS. The GPS directions stopped at the road leading up to your location. I drove up that road but had no idea i was where I was supposed to be. I called the number on the flyer and was told you were in the door on the right side of the building. When we finally got in there the lady was giving direction to someone else and that it happens all the time.
So in conclusion, better directions would be great.
Thank you for a wonderful time.
Great flite,great welcoming staff,great pilots.
It was a Christmas present to my Dad and Mom. They loved it. As you taxied down the runway, my Dad realized that 47 years ago he flew on a C-47, an embassy flight, from Bangkok to Saigon to be with his Father for Christmas. It brought back memories and started new ones.
This was the most awesome gift I have ever gotten. We loved the experience. We will definitely do it again.
Thank you for the most wonderful experience! We have told SO many people about this. I hope they all take the time to come out. We told them to let ya'll know The Mankins sent them! I cannot wait to take this flight again.
Question- How come you don't fly to Dallas- would it be easy to and just add 20 or so minutes onto the flight?
2nd time for my husband, 1st time for me..., it was AWESOME,, a must do for everyone....
Wow! What a fun way to experience a piece of history. This was a surprise birthday gift for my husband and he was floored. Thank you Greatest Generation for this experience.
The staff was amazing. The process from check in to flight was amazingly easy. The plane is so roomy there is plenty of space to walk around and talk to the pilots and take pictures. "This is by far the best present I ever I got" said my girlfiend.
