Genius - This museum presents the exciting life of Auguste Escoffier, as well as his breathtaking journey. All this is revealed to us in rooms more beautiful than each other! I recommend audio guides, because they allow a real deepening in this den of gastronomy!

Especially fun for home chefs - Wonderful experience at the Escoffier museum. A wonderful tour de force of the man behind the kitchen brigade. We particularly enjoyed the room with chocolate sculptures and the menu room. The materials were largely in French, some in English. The people at the desk were super-friendly and we had a wonderful peach melba tasting at the end of our visit.

Nice, small museum - This is a very nice small museum in the house in which Escoffier grew up. The collection includes old kitchen implements, from his generation and his ancestors’, a floor filled with menus from decades past and the stories behind them, and, of course, much Escoffier memorabilia. We spent more than an hour there and enjoyed the visit very much.
