Very customer focused tour group! - Great day on the water and learned some history. Bernard was a great guide. Kayak experience is helpful. The whole team was helpful especially when we had a weather delay.

Wonderful Kayak tour - Cai was our guide and it was a perfect afternoon. Cai knew a lot to tell and we had lots of fun. Nice little group came together and also the snorkeling was very fun.

Our guide, Bernardo, was... - Our guide, Bernardo, was great. His focus on safety was paramount he gave clear instructions and was constantly checking on the group, which made us feel completely secure on the water. Beyond safety, he was excellent and well-spoken, providing fascinating details about the volcanic island's history and nature.
It was a professional, fun, and safe experience.

Fantastic way to spend an afternoon - We booked an afternoon guided tour and had a great experience! Check-in was super simple, the staff were all friendly, and our tour guide Bernardo was very knowledgeable and charismatic. Due to rougher conditions on the ocean we were only able to go into two caves, which was a little bit of a letdown, but it definitely did not ruin the experience at all. Entering the cove of the island was awesome. Due to safety reasons we weren’t allowed to swim inside the island, but we were able to explore. Definitely would recommend this tour.
The company does provide dry bags, waterproof phone bags, and storage options for items you don’t want to bring out. Also there is ample parking at the marina.

Great day exploring! - We had a wonderful kayak tour of the Island of the Princess Ring. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area. We were not able to go into the cave because the seas were too rough. We spent just under one hour exploring the inside of the ring and about 40 minutes snorkeling just outside. It was a wonderful way to see the island.

Epic is right! - The tour guide my group had is a local from Vila Franca do Campo. I’m sorry I’ve forgotten his name. He was very friendly, had a good sense of humor, and gave us a lot of great information on the area, while keeping the excursion upbeat. I would definitely recommend experiencing this tour. Thank you all at Epic Volcanic.
