Reliable, Professional Island-Wide Car Service - You might think a "private car service" would cost more than the shuttle your hotel might provide, but that was not the case with us. We booked in advance (before leaving the continent) with St. Lucia Travel & Tours. We later learned it was definitely the best deal, so we continued to use them for transportation back to the airport and to the chocolate farm/factory tour. The business owner (Randy) had a super-nice guy named Shervin waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. They use WhatsApp for easy, real-time communication. Shervin is a great driver and conversationalist, so our long ride from the airport included an informative tour of the island along the way. I can confidently recommend this company for visitors to the island.

Highly recommended - Our driver Randy was very responsive answering questions during the booking process. He took us to the Gros Piton trail even when the resort mislead us and said it was closed. He also had bottled water for us to take on the hike, which was very much necessary.
St Lucia Travel & Tours is COVID certified and was very patient as we had to stop at an ATM as well. If you’re looking for a driver/taxi I strongly suggest St Lucia Travel & Tours!

St Lucia Travel - Randy and his crew were top notch! The ease of booking via email and phone were excellent. Randy has great communication skills that helped me book a private car for my mother. He thought of everything from the time they got off the plane to the time he picked them up for their return. The car was extremely clean, her driver gave them helpful information about the island, and were a pleasure to be around. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a 5 star ⭐️ treatment!!!

Great Service and very professional - We were met at the airport by a lovely driver who was very knowledgeable about the Caribbean islands and who was a great driver so the whole chauffeur experience was exactly what we were looking for, the trip up was so good we used them also for the airport return. We traveled to Rodney Bay in an hour and an a half (If that helps anyone?)

Simply the Best! - We just returned from our vacation in St. Lucia and arranged
our airport transfers and a private island tour with St. Lucia Travel and Tours.
When I first sent an email inquiring about transfers and tours, I was impressed
At the promptness at which I received a reply from Randy. Not only were the options
Provided exactly what we were looking for but also great value .
We were met at the airport by our driver Wilton who greeted us and
Made our drive to our resort comfortable and informative, even stopping to
Show us sights along the way. We were so pleased with Wilton that we contacted Randy and requested to have Wilton , if he was available, for our Island tour.
Wilton’s recommendations and his wealth of knowledge made our Island tour memorable.
Cold drinks were always made available to us and our comfort was always a priority.
Funny, personable, knowledgeable and professional, Wilton offered exceptional service.
Overall, we can’t say enough about the service we received throughout our stay. I would highly recommend Randy and his team at St. Lucia Travel and Tours, they made our visit to St. Lucia unforgettable!

Wonderful airport transfer service - We arrived in St. Lucia and were waiting like cattle for the shuttle ride to our resort in the Sandals lounge. We were thrilled when they called our name and told us our driver was here. Randy picked us up in style in his spotless Lexus and treated us like royalty during the hour and a half ride to our resort. He provided champagne, beer, fruit, ice water and answers to any questions we had about his island.
Unfortunately we had to leave a week later to come home and we made arrangements for him to pick us up and transport us back to the airport too. He arrived promptly on time and we made our flight with time to spare.
I highly recommend this service to anyone who is traveling to St. Lucia. It is 100% nicer than being crammed in a shuttle that stops at other resorts first and takes forever to get you to yours.
Thank you for all your help making our travel a pleasant experience Randy.

St. Lucia Travel and Tours is great! - I can't believe it's been over a year since I was in St. Lucia and I'm just getting around to writing this review. We used Randy's service for round trip transport from the airport to Rodney Bay for our family of four. They were in communication with us before we arrived and as well as the day before we left to go home. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

Excellent car service throughout St. Lucia - During a recent trip to St. Lucia my husband and I used St. Lucia Travel & Tours for car service throughout the island and were extremely pleased. It was great to have Randy's friendly face greet us at the airport at midnight; that was only the beginning of 3 more wonderful rides. Over a two week period we travelled from the airport to Rodney Bay to a remote village and back to the airport! Each driver was early to pick us up (even at 5:30 am), friendly, great tour guides with wonderful recommendations and willing to make additional stops along the way. This was our first time to the island, but Randy and his group took all anxiety out of transportation, even getting directions from our Air BnB hosts to their remote locations! Randy is quick to respond to emails and texts. He referred him to other people we met during our trip and he was able to their last minute for reservations too. Great drivers, very clean cars, we will definitely recommend him to others. Try them; you will be thrilled!
