This is where we come in. You’ll be greeted just outside the customs hall, beyond the kiosk area, by a friendly and professional driver holding a sign with your name. We monitor flights for any changes or delays, and there is no extra charge for waiting on delayed flights. No matter what, your driver will be there waiting.
As you head to your hotel, your driver will provide basic information about the island and may even stop for your first photo opportunity if you’re up for it.
For your return trip, your driver will inform you of the pickup time on your departure day. Pickup will be at the hotel lobby or villa for those staying in private villas. Feel free to contact us after booking for any special requests or queries you may have.
Please remember that there are two airports on the Island of St. Lucia. The international airport is called Hewanorra International Airport, with the airport code UVF. This is where all wide-body international flights arrive. The second airport is George F.L. Charles Airport, our domestic airport for regional flights to and from the Caribbean region, with the airport code SLU. Please ensure you select the correct airport at the time of booking.
