- Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park - Experience the best of central Vietnam’s natural wonders with a tour of Paradise Cave and Dark Cave in Phong Nha. Tailored for adventure enthusiasts, this exhilarating tour features a zipline, kayaking, and caving, along with a boat journey through Paradise Cave, part of the UNESCO-listed Phong Nha Caves. Pick-up is scheduled between 7:30 - 8:00 AM from Dong Hoi and 8:45 - 9:00 AM from Phong Nha, followed by a transfer to Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park.
- Paradise Cave - 9:30 - 11:30 AM: Explore Paradise Cave, the longest dry cave in Asia, situated in the core zone of Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park. A golf cart will transport you 1.6 km from the main entrance through the jungle to the cave’s entrance, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Inside, a 1 km walk on a wooden bridge allows you to marvel at the stunning stalactites and stalagmites.
- Hang Toi (Dark Cave) - 12:00 PM: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese meal at the Dark Cave restaurant, with vegetarian options available. Please inform us in advance of any dietary needs, and we will strive to accommodate them. 1:00 - 3:30 PM: Discover Dark Cave, located in Phong Nha – Ke Bang National Park, and engage in thrilling activities such as a mud bath, zip-lining, swimming, kayaking, an adventure course, and caving.
- Dong Hoi - 4:00 - 5:00 PM: Return to Phong Nha village or Dong Hoi city. The tour concludes with a drop-off at your hotel.

Experience not only the exploration of renowned caves but also an exhilarating adventure. Participants will have the opportunity to zip-line over a stunning turquoise river while harnessed, swim into the cave’s entrance with life jackets provided, and navigate the darkness with only a headlamp on a mining helmet to light the path. Engage in a playful mud fight in the buoyant mud baths deep within the cave and partake in various outdoor activities. Additionally, visitors can explore the longest dry cave in Asia, Paradise Cave. With its naturally pristine features, Paradise Cave resembles a landscape painting, making it a natural marvel that has captivated many since its opening in 2010.
- Please be sure to bring swimwear and a towel. Lockers for your belongings will be provided at the Dark cave with a 50,000 deposit which will be refunded upon the return of the locker key.
- WEIGHT RESTRICTION: to use the zipline, you must be between 40 and 90 kg. No exceptions. If you do not meet the criteria, you may take a kayak to the mouth of the cave instead.
- HEIGHT RESTRICTION:Children are not advised to enter the mud bath portion of the Dark cave as it is deep and difficult to maneuver. Minimum required height of 1m to enter the mudbath; although we do not recommend children under 1.3m to enter.

Amazing trip - Quoc and Duong were our tour guides, and they were awesome. They were super friendly, easy to talk to, and knew a lot about the cave. They made the whole experience fun and exciting from start to finish. The atmosphere was amazing, and we had a great time exploring with them.

Such fun day - It was one if the best days in our trip in Vietnam. The caves were amazing and so much fun. And the guides were great so helpful and nice: Chocolate, Ana and Noodles, they explained everything so well. I fully recommend it !!

Dark cave and paradise cave - The dark cave is the coolest experience I have done in Vietnam ! I had such a blast . Very unique and Thor was fun, engaging and friendly !

Beautiful and fun - Fun adventure tour in the Dark Cave with mud bath, super fun and nice guide.
Then delicious Vietnamese lunch and visit to Phong Nha Cave bet boat.

Great combo day: Paradise Cave + Dark Cave adventure - We did a full-day tour visiting Paradise Cave in the morning and Dark Cave in the afternoon, and it turned out to be a great combination of scenic and adventurous.
Paradise Cave comes first and is fairly easy going. There’s about a 10–15 minute hike uphill to reach the entrance, and inside the cave you walk along well-built boardwalks and stairs. It’s accessible to most people, though you should be reasonably fit since there are quite a few stairs. The cave itself is enormous, with massive stalactites and stalagmites. Lighting inside the cave makes it easy to see the formations, and the scale of the chambers is really impressive.
After lunch we headed to Dark Cave, which is much more adventurous. You start by ziplining across the river from the main park area, then swim a short distance to reach the cave entrance. Inside the cave it’s completely dark, and you navigate using headlamps while scrambling over rocks and uneven surfaces, so you definitely want to be reasonably fit.
At the end there’s a mud bath inside the cave, which was a lot of fun. After exiting we spent some time back outside with more ziplining, jumping from platforms, and kayaking.
Lunch was great, the group was small (around 10 people), and overall it was a really fun and active day.

Good tour extremely inappropriate tour guide - Tour guide Hoàng (The King) told what felt like constant sexist and sexual jokes, including that he wished his wife was dead and suggesting that all the women on the tour could have sex with him. It's 2026 please find something else to joke about, there was lots of women on the tour and the humour was very uncomfortable.
This online tour was also 30% higher than the price of the same tour offered by our hotel.
