the best guided tour - just to be ready to have fun and a very good educational adventure. Also super prepare and organize, a great crew of guides that explain every detail and answered every question asked. Well done.

Amazing experience - Passionate tour guides and story tellers with great organization and communication. It’s incredibly dark while kayaking which was very nerve wracking for me but the constant sound of their voices calling out to us and their brief flash of light to let us know where we were going was extremely helpful and calming. The bioluminescence here is AMAZING. this is my second bioluminescent experience and this bay was FAR brighter than the other one. Watching them through the kayak (which had a clear bottom) was also such a cool experience. We went on a day that was a near full moon and were able to complete the experience before the moon reached full peak. Watching the moon rise in addition to everything else was sooooo magical. I enjoyed the little factoids about the bay and the organisms that cause the bioluminescence.

Awesome! - You have to walk thru mucky water, barefoot, in the dark for a few steps. Not fun, but okay. Just walk carefully. Then you’re in the kayak and off and rowing.

What to expect - You will get very wet. The earlier outing provides more scenery. Once the moon rises the bio illumination is drastically reduced. Everyone takes a tandem kayak

Tour ok, but terrible service/shuttle - The bioluminescent and kayaking part of it were ok. The service itself was bad. The shuttle that took us to the place was VERY old and dirty (there was a cockroach in it). There were lots of mosquitos in the van. It was super hot too. There are tons of companies that do the same tour, maybe pick a different one.

Disappointing - I book with Viator all the time, and I have never had a tour guide that seemed so uninterested as the one we had with this tour. We were all standing in this parking lot watching our guides across the street hanging out after the time we were supposed to leave. Then they crossed and told us to get in the van, no explanation, introduction, or anything. We didn't fit in the van and peiple were sitting on top of each other on the way to the bay. He gave us a paddle and was told to follow him, with no real instructions. Very disappointed.

Biobay kayak tour - Not so great experience for us. Be prepared for water feels like drainage water. Bioluminescence is good , can be viewed under the turf. Not so bright outside

Buyer beware - book ferry first - Could not go!! Buyer beware you need to book the ferry before you book this trip- otherwise you are screwed. We did not realize and there was no flexibility to move to another day when the ferry was not fully booked- we lost all the money
