24 hour bus tour - We got the 24 hour bus tour as it was apart of our package tour. It is worth it when you are travelling from abroad because you can use it for the following day. They have 4 different coloured lines that tour you through different parts of the city. You have to get off the bus to tour different lines. They provide headphones for you to connect to listen to an audio voice while on the bus. The audio guide tour comes in over 20 different languages to choose from.

Great tour, plenty of... - Great tour, plenty of buses. Take the time to go on all the routes. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip up the mountain.

Hope on Hop off - Good way to see sites of the city on different routes determined by color. Commentary that was provided pre-recorded was sufficient in describing each site.

Abandonment - Our turn came to an abrupt halt when a police intervention prevented us from moving forward. The driver after 10 Waiting minutes, simply made us understand with three words to get off. Being alone, not speaking German, I was dropped off in a city I did not know. I wasted 45 minutes looking for another station that made me make the trip already done... big waste of time. And the big clumsy driver...

Overall, it's convenient,... - Overall, it's convenient, a good value, and stops at most of the main tourist sites but be prepared for potential longer-than-advertised waits at stops for the line you need to get to specific locations. In one case, I waited a full hour at a stop which, when you have just one day in a city, is a frustrating waste of valuable time.

Children's guide unfortunately disappointing - Unfortunately a disappointment for us as a family as the audio guide for children is not particularly well designed. Sometimes a beeping AI voice speaks content, then the children listen to the adult content again. The only good part is spoken by a boy - but unfortunately he is not always heard. First and foremost, you hear a lot of classical music on the buses. Plus point: You can see a lot of the city on the bus, but we would not do the tour again, but rather ride with the public transport, which rattle off all the sights and are significantly cheaper. Free even for children during the holidays.

Do you want to know more about this city, better not to - With so many people booking this offer, the quality of these tours would need to be urgently revised. The comments on the monuments are boring and can be better read in any guide. In addition, they are washed down by a computer voice in the same tone at all times. Only in this way can I explain to myself that St. Stephen's Cathedral is mispronounced several times in a row (what a shame, and that in Vienna!) As background music, the same Viennese melodies play all the time, and over time this actually beautiful music hangs out of your ears. Often you spend a lot of time on driveways to the parking lots of these buses and see a lot of tar, parking lots and cars. I would never book this tour again. In other cities I have done much better hop on hop off tours. Too bad! The beautiful city of Vienna certainly deserved better.

Putting your life at risk in the heat - Do not use this scam of a company. Firstly, I do not blame them for any rain. However, on their hop on and hop off bus, they 💯 dangerously put myself and others lives in jeopardy. It's 28 degrees, rain but they closed all the windows and put the heat on this yellow line. I paid for the blue line and asked for a small 10 euro refund from the extra I had initially paid on my ticket. Everyone was scared to make a move. The supervisor, the entire team and now the head office all refused to refund me. I told them in off to Salzburg, their reply just now they cannot refund me and to come back on their hot sweaty bus before the 24 hours expires. This is fraud, neglect and could be criminal. It's summer time, how on earth do you put the heat on with closed windows. I will make this my goal to write a bad review everywhere possible

Don't waste your money - No WiFi, even the brochure mention it. Driver drove aggressively, ringing the bus horn too frequently and on top of that he told us tourists to shut up! Unheard of! The blue line is a waste of money, unless you want to go to the Danube islands or the recreational park.

TO BE AVOIDED - It was a bad experience with this bus company: unobtainable stops, endless waits and exaggerated prices. Relying on this ad Hop on Hup off was absolutely useless, because Vienna is a city with efficient, safe, clean and inexpensive public transport. Spend your money in another way and be happy
