Beautiful experience - Arriving in Vienna for the first time and not having carried out any program we relied on the 5 experiences tour to get a general experience of the activities. It was an exceptional choice I did the activity the day after we arrived because I was afraid of not being able to find the access points to convert the vouchers. No problem because in the central units of interest there is always a point service. Fabulous the hop in bus we used as our means of transport in addition to the activities visited. The only flaw the races end at 18.30 so we arrived example : at the prater and to go back we were near the lookout. We used a tram ticket. I highly recommend it because single tickets cost more than the full package.

The five in one combo was well worth it - I would highly recommend the five in one combo. We were able to easily cover all of the attractions by using the hop on hop off bus, which made getting around a big city like Vienna very easy and convenient!

All good tours, no cruise. - We enjoyed the two day pass tour of all the great sights. Just found it hard to find out where the stops were as there were no directions or GPS locations. In the brochure it shows a cruise booked but that's not true very disappointed.

BIG BUS, useful but plan well. - The bus was useful in getting around, particularly to Schonbrunn as it is not walkable from most parts of the city. However, we opted to add the Daube Cruise and despite allowing an hour to get to the dock- we arrived late and missed the cruise. There was quite a bit of traffic, whic of course can't be foreseen, but perhaps there should be an estimated time to get on the bus from the city center to get to the cruise docks on time. We were unable to try to get there another time. We did love Schonbrunn and the Belvedere as well as just riding the bus through the city- however, the audio often did not give enough info about which exact spots they were discussing.

Good value and a very convenient way to get tickets to all the major attractions - The Hop-on Hop-off bus was great. Good commentary and a super way to get to and from all the attractions. It wasn't very clear how to get the ticket for the Vienna wheel - Wiener Riesenrad - so ended up buying our own tickets (so in effect we paid twice). I think the tickets were part of the walking tour ticket, but that wasn't at all obvious! Enjoyed the boat trip - Danube Canal (Donau Kanal), but there was a lack of commentary and it was pretty short (75 mins), but it was part of the package and was a different view of the city. Overall, good value and a very convenient way to get tickets to all the major attractions.

Best of Vienna pass - Bus route was good, lots of places of interest along the way. Enjoyed Belvedere, Schönbrunn ticket system was annoying has still had to redeem ticket at the palace and then wait over 3 hours to get in. Cruise was disappointing, so much graffiti along the route and not much else. Sat at the rear of the boat and was surrounded by passive smokers including kitchen staff From the boat. We were then dropped off at a completely different location, 40 mins away! We then waited a considerable time for the next bus to arrive to get back to start point. Waste of over 3.5 hours!

Disappointing!! - The bus is very hot and waits a long time at each stop. We loved the hop on hop off bus in Budapest as it was open-air and efficient but not so in Vienna. The package comes with a ticket to the Schönbrunn Palace, BUT you need to go there to book a time. We went a couple hours after our purchase, and they were sold out for 2 days!! So we wasted 1 hour getting there and the money for the ticket as we only had today and tomorrow in Vienna and no tickets available until after we left!! The ticket sales at the Palace said "this happens all the time...we tell them not to sell these tickets!" Very disappointing!!

The information for using... - The information for using the ticket is very confusing and the app is too clunky! When you board the Big Bus, make sure the driver prints out ALL tickets for your activities. Our first driver didn't and another driver couldn't print out tickets because he didn't have the machine. The bus tickets do not allow entry to the attractions. You need to get the specific entry ticket at the attraction itself with your Big Bus ticket. The instructions where to get the entry tickets for the attractions are printed on the Big Bus ticket, but it varies from attraction to attraction. Be aware that you will not be able to get in the attraction straight away but only at the allocated time on your ticket. We lost a lot of time trying to figure out the system.
