Cathedral of Saint Stephen ⛪️ - St. Stephen's Cathedral is the most emblematic monument in Vienna. Construction began in the 12th century. Only the main door in Romanesque style dates from this period. In 1359, Duke Rodolphe IV ordered its conversion into a Gothic building. The chevron tile roof is beautiful: emblem of the Hasbourgs.

Breathtaking and beautiful - The most spectacular cathedral I’ve ever seen. The gothic architecture is one of a kind. I felt spiritually transported as I walked through. Definitely a memorable experience and a highlight of my trip to Vienna.
