A Fantastic Trip - We had an amazing trip. The guides were great, and we learned a lot about Austrian history and culture as well as the stories behind The Sound of Music. The scenery was beautiful, especially the stops in the Alps.

Amazing tour to Salzburg - Had an amazing time on this tour! Our guide was fantastic and was very knowledgeable. We had a beautiful drive through Salzkammergut with stops at Mondsee and St. Gilgen towards Salzburg. The city itself was stunning, will definitely be travelling back to explore more!

An enjoyable trip, informative, well organized. - The tour was very informative, well organized. Our tour guide in Zaltzburg, Natasha was very knowlegeable, articulate and clear. She took us through all the important mile stones of the old city, and on the whole, the tour was enjoyable. The part of visiting the lakes was too short, we just saw rhem from the window, or for a few min out of the bus! On the whole, we enjoyed the trip, and would recommend it to others.

Day Trip to Salzburg - We enjoyed lovely weather on our trip from Vienna. We detoured through the Wachua Valley and arrived in Salzburg around noon. Our English speaking guide, Hannah did a great job Explaining about the city’s history. The return trip through the Austrian Alps and lakes kept our cameras busy. Highly recommended Aren and Mary Van Dyke

Long day…few hours in Salzburg - Driver told us we what we where we would be stopping on journey. The lake area was stunning but it was just a half hour stop, thought there would be more lake stops. The walking tour a bit rushed and not really any opportunity to stop for good pictures. Tour was in English and Russian even though we booked an English tour so was a little tiresome trying to keep up when the guide kept switching between languages. Not much time in Salzburg itself. If you want longer time there then maybe the train would be an option too as take the same time from Vienna and so you can stretch your legs more often than being stuck in the 8 seater. On the whole I think you are paying most of the money for the actual transport. Just to mention driver does not speak the whole journey so no commentary on where we are driving through etc.

Melody, Strauss and Mozart!! - Highly recommended!! Enjoyed every minute! Our guide Kate was most friendly and informative. Our driver drove us back and forth with safety despite the foggy weather. Danke sehr!

All in all, a good trip - Good trip. You should have a serious talk with the driver. He texts while he drives and sometimes both his hands would be off the wheel

Do not book this trip - We had a short time in Vienna and wanted to do a day trip to Salzberg. When we arrived at the meeting point there were not enough places for the English speaking guests in the ‘minivan’ (8 people squished into a small van with blacked out windows so you wouldn’t be able to see the views anyway). They tried to force us into a private car, however we refused as we were very uncomfortable about the small private car - they had clearly overbooked and had no way of accommodating us. We then had to argue with the ‘customer service agent’ who told us things that were clearly untrue before finally they agreed to refund us. Unfortunately we missed out on our day trip to Salzburg due to the lies and incompetence of this company & their so-called 100% refund short changed me as well. More arguments to come. Never ever use this company.

Absolutely Pathetic. Do not book this tour! - My husband and I were booked on this tour for 23rd december. After we were picked up and taken to the central location for the tour to start, we were informed that we would be travelling by a small private car, instead of the coach/mini van that the description suggests. After some arguments, the truth emerged. The tour 7 travel had miscalculated the number of tourists for this tour. There were 12 ppl but they had accounted for only 8 and hence had just one coach. To add to this, we were told that there is a group of 8 that require a russian guide and hence they would be travelling by the luxurious coach, while the 4 of us. My husband, me and one more couple were dumped on a hastily arranged small car, where 4 of us plus the driver and guide were expected to fit. When we asked for a refund cause we were clearly being conned, they refused saying they had arranged for a car but we were refusing to go. After many arguements and threats from our end, they eventually agreed on a refund. We wasted an entire day in vienna not to mention the inconvenience the company caused to us and additional expenses. We had booked this tour through Viator and i am extremely surprised that Viator has such false companies as their travel partners, whose only aim is to cheat travellers.
