Stunning Art and Architecture at the Kunsthistorisches Museum - Our favorite museum in Vienna was the Kunsthistorisches Museum. We bought untimed tickets in advance, which made entry very convenient. It turned out to be the perfect activity for a rainy day. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Old Masters Gallery and the Roman and Egyptian collections. The Vermeer and Bruegel rooms were true highlights, especially seeing a local artist painting a detailed copy of one of Bruegel’s masterpieces—a project she had been working on for over a year. The architecture of the building is breathtaking, with its grand staircase and marble interiors. The museum café, set beneath a beautiful dome, is an experience in itself and a great place to rest between exhibits. Allow at least four hours to fully appreciate the museum’s fascinating collections and elegant atmosphere.

Doesn’t really ‘skip the line’! - When we arrived at the venue we were told we had the exchange the Tripadvisor voucher for a proper ticket…and had to queue to get this done.Fortunately the queue was short and we got the tickets without too much delay. So not sure of the advantage of booking this online!

Not Skipping Any Linea - The voucher will allow you to skip the normal line. You will need to first exchange the ticket with the voucher office. It would be better to purchase the ticket online directly with the official site

It didn't skip any lines - This didn't skip any line, you had to stand in line to change the viator ticket to the museum ticket and you still had to stand in line to enter.

THIS IS A SCAM - This is a scam. They send you "e-tickets" that are not tickets but vouchers that must be exchanged for tickets at a booth outside the museum. You must wait in a long line to exchange the voucher. Now with the ticket you must wait in line with all ticket holders. THERE IS NO SKIP THE LINE. They charge a fee for the voucher and give you no service.
