Butterfly house - Very unique and enjoyable. You only need about an hour to see it so you can fit it in most anytime on your trip.

Magical Butterflies in a Beautiful Art Nouveau Greenhouse at Schmetterlinghaus - A lovely hidden gem in Schmetterlinghaus. The historic Art Nouveau greenhouse creates a magical atmosphere, filled with tropical plants and beautiful butterflies flying freely around you. For around €10, it was absolutely worth visiting — peaceful, unique, and very charming. The butterflies truly feel magical and make the whole experience special. One small downside: there are not many benches to sit and simply enjoy watching the butterflies for longer. Still, it was a beautiful experience and a wonderful place to visit while in Vienna.

Lovely. - Absolutely beautiful. We went around lunch time. Mid week and it was pleasant and not too crowded. We spent about an hour on here, wandering around and we saw lots of colourful, beautiful butterflies. The passage ways are quite narrow , so probably wouldn't be as nice at peak season times when super busy. Well worth the entry fee. I would love to return next time we are in Vienna

Lovely Experience - Staff were so sweet and the butterfly’s were incredible! The greenhouse is a bit humid as expected, so be sure to hang your coat! Additionally, there’s a staircase that leads to a higher view, it’s a must see along with the Koi fish in the pond. The entire experience was wonderful.

Butterflies flying, something hypnotic. - A tropical garden in the middle of Vienna. Plants, water and many butterflies flying under a glass ceiling. Nice temperature, unique experience.

Not enough - There are not many butterflies to see in the enclosure and you have to be at the venue very early to see anything

Few butterflies - I was disappointed by the experience, I had already done something like this in another place and I liked it much more! The ticket costs 10€ but it's too much for what you see... or 4 butterflies, the greenhouse is beautiful but mainly go to see the butterflies. I understand that January may not be the ideal time but then I would lower prices! With so many butterflies it would have been very nice! Personally I would not recommend it.

Customer Service Viator Indecent - I bought the ticket on Viator, the wrong time ticket, we arrive and the museum has been closed for hours. I write to support and they reply that they will take my practice in hand soon!? I'm going home tomorrow, other than soon. Indecent service.
