• Schönbrunner Str. 99 - Become a real chocolatier! Our team will provide you with everything you need from cookware, ingredients & recipes. With an assistance from start till the end you will not need any previous cooking experience to attend the chocolate workshop.

After a short introduction, we will go through the whole process and start tempering the chocolate! We will also take some time to tell you more about the different sides of chocolate and to explain you the theory behind of making the best chocolates.

This workshop is organised so that you can understand the basics of chocolate making. Our goal is to spoil you with the various flavours, smells and tastings.

• Xocolatl ( Aztec Hot Chocolate recipe) - Xocolatl is an ancient Aztec and Mayan Hot Chocolate recipe with chili, vanilla and cinnamon that’s served hot or cold. Rich, spicy and tasty.

What to Expect at the Workshop:

Our knowledgeable chocolatiers will lead you through the chocolate-making journey. You’ll discover different chocolate varieties, cocoa types, and many fascinating facts! In the workshop’s final segment, you’ll create your own chocolate bar with assorted toppings and ingredients, and make a traditional Aztec chocolate beverage using ancient tools. This workshop is suitable for both children and adults.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Smallest chocoholics that can attend the workshop are from age of 3- 5.
• Children under ten years must be accompanied by one adult who also needs a ticket
• Please note that we do not produce chocolate from bean to bar
• Food or drinks outside of museum are not allowed.
• If your baby starts crying or becomes unsettled, please step outside for a moment until they calm down.
