Fun couple of hours - Something fun to do on a chilly & rainy day. Fun experience for kids….. we don’t have any with us, but my husband and I are large children who love chocolate! 🤪 It was worth it for the 3 bars of chocolate you get to make and take with you.

Didn't be late! - We got lost so we were late. They still managed to accommodate us as we didn't have any children with us. Parking is not the easiest but there is street parking available. The facts about how chocolate is made and making hot chocolate was fun! The chocolate tastes good and there are a lot of toppings to choose from. The kids we saw there seemed to enjoy the process and the instructor helped them with the chocolate so that everyone could enjoy and not stress helping the kids.

It was a cute experience.... - It was a cute experience. I enjoyed the milk chocolate but the dark chocolate tasted off. This is even when compared to the same purchased chocolate. It was very cool making hot chocolate to drink.

Lots of unexpected fun! - It was so much fun learning about cocoa and making our own chocolate bars and hot chocolate! Learning all the history of the how/when/why chocolate all began was a lot of fun as well! Definitely would recommend this experience!

Disappointed - The experience itself was not bad, we made our chocolate bars however it was not really worth the cost, we were fooled by the name museum but what they proposed to visit at the end of the activity was not a museum but a room. An activity that is not worth all this money! If you are visiting Vienna I recommend investing your money in something else.

Bittersweet but not the chocolate - Felt taken advantage of as a tourist. Beautiful place and gorgeous chocs for sale, BUT, when we got there, we were offered a coffee and chocolate, I assumed this was included in the price, at the end of had a €13 bill to pay. The actual experience was disappointing as the chocolate was already tempered from a tap and the museum was basic and small. It was a lot of money for what it was and I'm surprised it's on TripAdvisor
