Experience did not meet expectations - I received good recommendations from Enterprise but unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations. Guides took a long time to start the track, did not share much knowledge (as we saw other guides being more explaining in the stops), felt rushed in the provision of the Service and, to me the worst point, he used a lot of cell phone along the track. The rap was great, very safe, but there was also a hurry in carrying out the activity to not miss the sunrise. I think it is worth being more proactive at the beginning of the track so that the customer experience is not damaged for time.
