My husband and I had a wonderful time with Michelle providing all the details and Debbie directing the horse. It was interesting, a good pace, and we learned a lot. Fun way to explore Camden a bit. Communication was timely and helpful. We would definitely recommend the experience. Thank you Michelle and Debbie!
We really enjoyed our tour with Michelle and the imposingly beautiful Andre. We had a great time learning about the history and architecture of Camden.
We absolutely loved our scenic carriage ride. Thanks to Michelle for giving us a great history lesson on the town and homes of Camden. Andre, the Giant, (our adorable draft horse) was as sweet as he could be, and he loves his peppermint snack which you can give him if you so desire. Thanks again Michelle, we really enjoyed it!
Michelle met us at the appointed time and there forward it was game on! We were introduced to Alex, the one doing the pulling, and given a short history of horses. It seems as though any question we asked, Michelle had an answer. As the tour progressed we learned why/how she had the answers. We stopped and talked to folks/homeowners along the way. They gave Michelle more information for her mind's storage of history from around the world, down to the dwellings found on Camden's city blocks. As we traveled through 'Bugger Town' we learned even more of the sleepy little town's history and secrets. If you ever find yourself heading to Camden, SC, be sure to set up a tour with the Camden Carriage Company. You will have a great time and learn a little history and secrets along the way. Paul
