This was a great food... - This was a great food tour. The guide was knowledgeable about Victoria's history and the food selections he made were really good. There was a selection of both savory and sweet. The food was tasty and the restaurants were locally owned and operated with history and significance, not tourist traps. He was engaging in his presentation and stories, and was welcoming to all.

Excellent Food Tour - Do This One! - Andy was an awesome tour guide and raconteur, filling us in on lots of interesting and quirky information about Victoria while taking us round a fantastic selection of the city’s delicious cafes, pubs and restaurants . The balance of walking, food and chat was perfect. Especially good to do when you first arrive in Victoria as you’ll have lots of tips from a local of places to go back to explore and to eat at. Thanks so much Andy, we had a great time.

Fun, yummy and educational!! - My daughter, daughter in law and I took this tour as I had enjoyed similar previous tours. This one did not disappoint. Andy, our tour guide explained everything very well, we knew what to expect and the rationale behind his selection of tastings. All 6 of the tastings were very good. The number of participants, 12 was good. The history of the different areas was interesting but not excessive. As well, Andy provided a QR code where we could access the names of the places visited, suggested restaurants and sights. It is nice to get this insight from a local residents. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone new to the area.

Hidden food gems and alleyways - Totally worth the time and the money. We visited alleys and saw things that very likely wouldn't have visited if we were by ourselves. The food selection was great and again we wouldn't have been able to select some of these hidden gems if we were by ourselves. Andy, the owner, CEO and solo empliof a Taste of Victoria is really great in keeping things interesting and moving. Really high praises.
