Our tour begins at Empire Donuts, a classic Victoria donut shop located in the heart of downtown. Known for its distinctive donuts and intergalactic 50’s diner ambiance, Empire Donuts is a must-visit. From there, we take a short walk to another favorite coffee and donut spot in Victoria, passing some of the city’s top restaurant locations as recommended by our guides. Next, we head down to Government Street, where we can admire the inner harbour, including the Empress Hotel and parliament buildings. As we make our way back into downtown, we will arrive at our third donut destination, a charming local mom-and-pop shop offering delightful donuts. Finally, we will stroll towards Chinatown and conclude our tour at Friend and Family Bake in Fantan Alley. This bakery offers a variety of Filipino treats, including donuts, and if we’re lucky, we might even witness these delicious creations being made.
