The Victoria Chocolate Tour offers a delightful 2-hour walking experience through the city’s finest chocolatiers and bakeries. The journey begins at The Chocolate Project, where participants can savor rare chocolate bars and gain insights into the chocolate-making process from a globally acclaimed chocolate judge. A brief stop at La Taquisa provides a unique savory experience with homemade Mole sauce on a taco.
As the tour continues along Blanshard and Fort Streets, including a view of the historic St. Andrew’s Cathedral, guests will visit Chocolat & Co to indulge in a decadent truffle and luxurious drinking chocolate, crafted by the award-winning chocolatier David Booth.
The tour also includes visits to two exceptional bakeries: OSO, known for its freshly baked chocolate croissants, and Bon Macaron, offering a variety of chocolate macarons.
Participants will also explore Rogers’ Chocolates, the oldest chocolate shop in Canada, to enjoy a trio of chocolates, featuring the renowned Victoria Cream. The tour concludes with a Nanaimo Bar at the Off The Eaten Track tasting room.
