Informative & Unique Way to Tour Victoria - 10-2-25: After a long day, we decided to get some food in China Alley for the BC Ferry trip back to Vancouver. Luckily, Paige was available to give us a short tour before we needed to get back to our hotel to meet our bus. It started to sprinkle so Paige raised the cover and even had a waterproof blanket for our laps. I am a plus size woman but her pedal cab fit me and my friend easily. I am also disabled and it was not hard to get in and out of the cab with my cane. Paige gave us a tour of places that we didn’t see on our hop on, hop off tour. She had lots of interesting information especially about the Chinese school and murals around town. She also answered our questions about living in Victoria. I felt safe and Paige was an excellent driver. I felt the price was affordable, and it was a fun way to navigate the charming city. Thank you, Paige!

Very small and unimpressive Chinatown. - Surprised to see the Victoria BC Chinatown at the current condition. It has faded away from what was described as the oldest Chinatown in Canada. It is quite small compared to Chinatowns in other cities such as Sydney. There were not many Chinese cultural stuff left and businesses are a mixed of Chinese and Western shops. The only thing that highlights it is a Chinatown is the gates shown in the attached photos. Unless you visit by yourself as it is within walking distance from Victoria CBD, it is not worth it to pay for guided tour.
