Fantastic, genuine experience. GO! - Absolutely fantastic experience! Teresa is the real deal! Fantastic chef, hostess, and gracious hostess who welcomed us into her home, her cooking and her family. She shows you how to cook traditional Italian meals handed down for generations, and made with care and love. We shared our created meal together with her parents at her lovely table overlooking the Mediterranean and Vico Equense. This was our last event on our last day in Vico Equense and it was the perfect ending!

Fantastic Experience - Amazing and Welcoming Host. - We did this tour with another couple while we were staying in Vico Equense for a few days while travelling through the area.
Our host was a local family home and farm, which was an awesome and memorable experience. Our host Angela was friendly, and provided an excellent experience for us.
The property itself was gorgeous, and they are able to provide the majority of the fresh ingredients used in the cooking activity, including the fresh cheese that they produce. They even make their own olive oil.
Angela was very friendly and we were introducers to her husband Antonio as well as one of their children. We felt very welcomed and comfortable.
The experience was great and the food was fantastic. This is a quiet area and a gorgeous part of the Amalfi coast. We had zero regrets and this experience added to our positive travel memories.

Unique Local Experience!! - WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! If you’re looking to do something different on your vacation this is exactly what you’re looking for! My husband and I are on our honeymoon and wanted to do something that allowed us to experience a true local flavor! From start to finish it felt like we were visiting a friends house— we saw how mozzarella and other dairy products were made, saw the chickens that gave us the eggs for our pasta, the garden where the tomatoes came from for the pasta sauce, and even made our very own pasta with FRESH basil from their garden!! Angela and her family we’re so welcoming and genuinely excited to provide an amazingly unique experience! We enjoyed three courses with a local wine, water, and coffee included! I will recommend coordinating a taxi with your hotel or a local taxi company in advance so you’re not scrambling in the morning like us! It was a really beautiful ride up to their property and we enjoyed the private setting! We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in the area!! They truly make you feel like family and you get to experience and learn about local life as an Italian in southern Italy! Please visit them and enjoy the local experience!!

10/10 recommend ! - This tour was amazing!!! Angela and her family were so sweet. She taught us to make pasta and tiramisu (best I’ve ever had) and we enjoyed fresh cheeses the family makes on the property as an appetizer. It was such a great experience and great food.

Amazing cooking class - We had an amazing visit. We were looking for a low-key class, very hands on, that teaches dishes we can easily prepare at home. Angela delivered and then some! The cheese from her family dairy was delicious; the pasta we made with basil and tomatoes from her garden were fantastic. And the tiramisu changed our minds about how hard it is to make. Highly recommend!

Amazing and special experience - What a unique and special experience cooking and visiting with Teresa and her family. Not only was the food delicious, the company could not have been better! Teresa was warm and welcoming, and her family put us at ease immediately. The ingredients came from her family garden and she was so wonderful
To share her stories and techniques with our family. Truly the highlight of our trip.

Highlight of our trip - Teresa was an amazing host. She was welcoming and kind. She was fun and engaging. She really shared her passion for Italian food, recipes from her family history, and love for Italy. Her home was so beautiful and the food was just incredible. We made lemon tagliolini and a caprese cake with roasted almonds and dark chocolate and such amazing side dishes. Everything was made with love, fresh ingredients from her garden, and patience and direction. Her family welcomed us for a wonderful family lunch and it was most wonderful experience. I highly recommend visiting Teresa through Cesarine in Vico Equense. It was the highlight of our trip.

Passion in every bite - Private cooking class with Teresa in vico enquense. We prepared a starter, main, and dessert using locally sourced or freshly grown ingredients from Tereasa herself. The views from her apartment were stunning and added to the experience. You get to enjoy your hard work with her lovely family who all speak excellent English, which made for delightful dinner conversation. Teresa is so passionate and warm, you cannot but enjoy yourself. Her apartment is 5 min walk for the vico enquense train station. We would recommend the class to anyone.

Once in a lifetime experience - This was a phenomenal experience for me and my wife. Teresa was so knowledgeable about italian cooking and so generous with her home and her time, we could not have imagined a better experience. She is the real deal, growing all her own ingredients and truly passing on generations old traditions and secrets that are definitely unobtainable in a traditional cooking class. If learning to cook amazing food in a warm and fun atmosphere appeals to you then you should definitely sign up.

Amazing Italian Family experience-MUST DO! - Our American family of 4 were paired with Teresa Coppola for a 3 hour cooking class.
What we got was a morning and afternoon of a glorious Italian family experience that included a cooking class!
Teresa warmly welcomed us into her exquisite home, one in which I could spend days exploring her art, books, antiques, gardening and cooking passions.
She shared that passion with us, showing us step by step how to make gnocchi, the sauce(oh, her tomatoes…..a religious experience from Mother Nature, akin to stepping into St. Peter’s Basilica) and a Caprese cake.
All this after a tomato salad, amazing pickled vegetables, cheese and meat(even though she eats mostly vegetarian, she extended herself beyond courtesy) and a homemade bread that tasted warm dense spicy grain rich amazing all at once.
There was so much food made and served, we weren’t even able to make a dent in it, much to our shame. It was a sin to not eat it. But marrone! There was so much!
The conversation flowed freely, and intimately. Teresa took us straight into her realm, the home and embraced us as family. Her daughter was there and was as charming and intelligent as her Mother. A joy to be with.
My daughter and her boyfriend accompanied us, and they enjoyed it beyond belief. My kid was rather proud that her gnocchi turned out far nicer than mine.
I would urge anyone to step outside the normal vacation routines and try once of these classes. If your teacher is half as wonderful, charming, capable and skilled as Teresa, you will never regret it.
But we’d go back to Vico Equense JUST to see Teresa again.
