Embark on a journey to discover Fior di latte “La Mozzarella” at one of the oldest dairies in the Sorrento Peninsula, nestled under the slopes of Mount Faito. Surrounded by the lush greenery of the Vicane hills, Maestro Casaro Antonio will guide visitors to the family dairy, established in the early twentieth century. Participants will become the stars of Mozzarella-making, engaging hands-on with the pasta and learning about the processing techniques, followed by a tasting of the delectable cheeses.
