After your guided tour you will have the opportunity to freely wander around the Estate with your passport’s ticket giving Access to the gardens as well as to Trianon and Marie-Antoinette’s Estate, also included in this package.
- The time on your voucher is the Starting Time from the meeting point (tour departs at that time). In case of late arrival for the check-in, you cannot join the tour and no refund or postponement will be made.

The way to tour Palace of Versailles! - Excellent 28th Feb tour…really brought to life what it must have been like to visit in the days ofLouis XIV. System with earphones and listening to the guide made it far more personal, easier to listen and entertaining… plus the skipping the queue! Thanks for a super tour!

Family trip to Versailles palace - A great glimpse in the history of France. Our guide was pleasant and informative. She shared interesting facts about the palace, paintings and history. They also waited for us kindly as our train was slightly delayed. Thanks again!!

Knowledges tour guide but Ticketing Issue with included Gardens Access - Our tour guide, Sergio, was very knowledgeable and professional. This feedback is not related to the guided tour itself, but rather to the tickets we received prior to entering the Palace.
I purchased the “Versailles Palace Guided Tour with Gardens Access”, which, according to the “What’s Included” section, states that the ticket includes a Passport ticket providing access to the Trianon and Marie-Antoinette’s Estate. The total cost was $193.10 for two people.
After completing the guided Palace tour, we proceeded to the gardens and purchased shuttle tickets at €9 per person in order to reach the Trianon and Marie-Antoinette’s Estate, as walking would have taken a significant amount of time.
However, upon arriving at the entrance to Marie-Antoinette’s Estate and presenting the tickets issued to us earlier that morning, we were informed by the admissions staff that our tickets did not include access to the Estate. The staff member understood that our tickets were issued through a guided tour and was very kind to issue two complimentary admission tickets so we could enter.
While we are grateful for her assistance, the situation was quite uncomfortable and confusing. We were very close to paying an additional €15 per person for admission, having already paid for the shuttle and waited approximately 30 minutes to arrive. This experience did not align with the ticket inclusions as described at the time of purchase.
When receiving your ticket, make sure they also give you complimentary access ticket to the Estate.
