Wonderful tour with an excellent guide - Eugenio was a wealth of information about the history of Verona. He customized the tour for us and is a wonderful guide. Would definitely book again.

Best way to get to know the whole city. - Best way to get to know the city and explore in peace. The buses are punctual and are very comfortable. Explanations in the chosen language. Staff very friendly. We like it a lot.

Excellent service - What was especially good was the fact the 24hr ticket allowed us to use the service the next day too . We started at 12 and so had the following morning as well

All the sights - If you have a limited time to see all the sights, then it's worth investing in this activity. My wife and I had a good experience and helpful staff

Very interesting city tour, but sometimes long waiting times - You get very interesting insights into the city through the city tour and also get to know corners to which you would not necessarily have gone on foot otherwise. The audio guides’ band announcements provide information about the city’s history, individual sights and what the city is famous for. Due to the traffic situation, delays are the norm rather than the exception, and occur particularly on the blue line. In addition, at stop 1, the "bus terminal", there is apparently a long queue for the blue line, which is served by only two minibuses. Therefore, it is recommended to start with the red line in the morning, and only take the blue line in the afternoon with less crowd and explore the remaining corners of the city.

Great that it's covering... - Great that it's covering 2 routes so you can get to less central sights easily. Can get very busy at peak times. If you buy your ticket online and don't get it printed, join the bus at the second stop or risk not getting on at all.

Informative with swabs - Basically: worthwhile; a good impression of the city of Verona. The service employee at point 1 very friendly, willing to provide information! Very nice guy!!! Unfortunately, the volume of the system is poorly adjustable, the bridging music often crashes. The lyrics are not always consistent with the tour, the stations are not announced in the audio, but by the tour guide.

Okay but could do better - So, I will preface this review with reference to the fact that it was extremely hot in Verona these last few days, which made it very uncomfortable to be in anything that didn’t have air conditioning. However, the Linea B (blue line) buses were small buses (to get into the narrow streets) but they were effectively open top buses with a canopy so they were mega hot and crowded. They only run every 30 minutes and sit less than 30(?) people, so if you want to hop onto one of those not at the first stop on Piazza Bra, be mindful that if the bus is full and nobody gets off, you won’t be hopping on. The red line, Linea A, is much better as it has double decker buses but they are only once an hour. Lovely staff but I suspect that they will be losing business in the summer high peak season because of the lack of capacity.

Don't waste your money! - I would advise to go to the actual bus stop otherwise no guarantee of a seat. Even then if your last in queue and bus full you have to wait another hour. The blue bus is much smaller 30 minutes saw some stunning views we were able to take pictures was told 2 minutes bus was driving away just caught it. Why didn't the tour guide give us a shout-out! Would I pay 50 Euros definitely not! We didn't see any memorable sights. I would have rather enjoyed a nice meal. Save your money
