Perfect afternoon at the Dolce Vera winery! - Wonderful few hours! Our guide (Anna) was really lovely, bright, interesting and easy to understand. The time at the winery was extremely educational. Our host was gracious and knowlegable. It was great having an opportunity to try some delicious wines and send some home! I highly recommend this experience

A great introduction to... - A great introduction to local wines with a chance to see the countryside around Verona. Our guide, Anna, was enthusiastic and very communicative. Marta, in the winery, also provided a lot of information in a very friendly way. A real highlight of our stay in Verona

Amazing - We did two tours with Pagus. The cooking class was exceptional. The vintner, chef and Pagus staff were friendly and attentive. We made ragu sauce, pasta and tiramisu. We also had a wine tasting. Then we got to eat the fruits of our labors. The tour to Lake Garda was great. The boat captain was knowledgeable and explained what we were seeing. Then we had a short walk through the town of Sirmione. The Pagus staff were friendly, on time and helpful.

Unexpected - Wow what a beautiful experience. Got to be around a new company making wine and it was truly an inspirational story. They are a growing business and you will see their wine world wide soon. What a blessing to be part of a young company. The guide was amazing she was very knowledgeable and was so kind to our group. Was very comfortable to walk and see the panoramic view. Thank you so much Verona.

Small scale winery - We visited a small scale winery and had an introduction from the owner. He only spoke italian but thank to our excellent guide Michele from Pagus who translated for us it was a good experience, The red wines we tried were very good and Pagus organises safe shipping to Sweden. We also visited a very old church on the way which was interesting.

A highly recommended, intimate, behind the scenes view, of a small family owned vineyard. - An excellent trip to a small family brewery where the passion for wine is very apparent. We have visited a number of larger wineries around the world which can be a bit 'process driven'. This one was the best yet. we were guided by one of the family which gave an intimate insight into their lives working on their wines. Highly recommended!
