Corte San Mattia produces organic wine, extra virgin olive oil, goat cheese, honey, eggs, fruits, and vegetables. During the cooking class, most ingredients are sourced directly from the farm, just a short distance from the kitchen.

Next, step into the kitchen to learn how to create two classic Italian dishes – fresh pasta and ravioli. An expert will provide step-by-step guidance, and throughout the class, participants will enjoy three glasses of the organic wine produced at the agriturismo.
