• Isola di Burano - World Heritage Site - The next destination is Burano Island, famous for its vibrant houses often seen in photographs. What you may not know is that it has been the residence of Venice’s renowned lacemakers since the 16th century. Following a guided tour of the island’s charming canals and squares, you’ll have time to explore independently and visit local shops.
• Orto di Venezia - The tour continues to St. Erasmo Island, known as Venice’s vegetable garden due to its fertile soil and artichoke fields. This tranquil lagoon island also hosts a historic winery whose wines were once served to Venetian nobility, including the Doges. After a stroll through the vineyard, the visit concludes with a tasting that showcases the island’s unique terroir and centuries-old winemaking heritage.
