Great city tour by boat - That was a great trip! Quasi 1 city tour by boat!! Includes 1 glass of proseccho. And we were only four a.d.beautiful historic boat. Lasts 1 hr. gives you a good first impression of Venice. Recommended!

Sunset in Venice - The boat tour was on a miraculously well maintained boat that had been in operation for 90 years. The owner/operator of the boat did an excellent job showing us the sights of Venice. He added some extra time so we could catch the Venetian sunset. We even got to see the canals resident dolphin up close! We had 8 people on our tour, and it was an easy fit.

GREAT TOUR OF VENICE - THIS MUST BE THE BEST WAY TO SEE THE REAL VENICE! THE CRAFT WAS A BEAUTIFUL VENETIAN BOAT AND OUR GUIDE KHALIL WAS FRIENDLY, AMUSING AND INFORMATIVE. IN SUMMARY IT WAS A HIGHLIGHT OF OUR SHORT VISIT TO VENCIE

Tour of the islands of Venice - The tour guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and I enjoyed it enormously. I would recommend it to anyone and it gives a good overall impression of Venice.

Tour guide didn’t show up. Very disappointing!! - If I could give negative star I would. We were at the meeting point 1 hour prior the meeting time just to make sure we won’t be late or miss our tour. We were disappointed because no one or the tour guide never showed up. I called the number +393534705726, a man answered and told him about our reservation and that we were at the meeting point waiting. Said he wasn’t informed by Viator about it. Said he’ll check and call or message me back in a few minutes. He never called or messaged me back. I called him again and he said that he doesn’t have our reservation and hung up. Our vacation is ruined!! How do I file for a compensation claim?? Does anyone know?

Tour operator No Showed - The operator no showed. So no water tour was had. Called trip advisor and they were not able to reach the operator. Too bad it was our last day in Venice. Had something cafe time and a leisurely walk in its place Initially an email was sent advising I would not be entitled to a refund but then after sending a reply email advising the tour operator was a no show then another email arrived indicating a refund will be issued.

Boat was a no-show - No show - Boat tour guide did not show up. Did not offer a refund just said I’m unable to make it. You can see in the screenshot where he messaged us and said not gonna make it and you can reschedule. We could not reschedule of course we were on vacation and that was our last day
