Murano and Burano - We had an amazing experience with Emanuela during our trip to Murano and Burano! She was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, sharing fascinating details about the islands’ history and culture in a fun, engaging way. It was clear she genuinely cared about everyone in the group and made the day feel relaxed and enjoyable. Emanuela also went above and beyond by recommending some fantastic local restaurants, which turned out to be excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide — highly recommend her!

Amazing tour to Murano and Burano. It was a small group of 16 persons! - Alesia was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and shared important and relevant information during the tour and even when we had free time, she was also available and willing to answer questions or make suggestions about what we were interested in!

amazing tour guide - Julia was absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable on history and one of the friendliest tour guides we have had! The gelato she recommended on Burano was the absolute best gelato we’ve had in Venice overall

Venice, Murano & Burano - We spent a magnificent day in Murano and Burano! Our tour guide, Alessia S, was extremely knowledgeable and a real joy to be around. As we boated from Venice to Murano and Burano Islands, Alessia S took her time to explain our surroundings and answer any questions.. Murano was captivating as we watched and learned the different glass blowing methods. The glass products were luxurious and we couldn’t leave without shipping some home. Burano was charming and inviting. The colorful houses brought so much magnetism and life to the island. The island shops offered a great variety….something for everyone. We enjoyed the fresh baked goods. Both islands were very clean and they had quality products in the shops. The total tour is about 5 hours, which includes boating, demonstrations and time on your own. It’s a great tour. We only wished it was about 2.5 hours longer in order to spend more time on each island. It is evident, that our tour guide, Alessia S, takes pleasure in what she does and enjoys sharing her historic insight with others in the most charming and engaging way. “Highly recommend any of Alessia S’s tours!”

Incredible tour with an incredible tour guide - Me and 2 of my sisters went on the premium lagoon excursion tour and we had a fantastic time. Alessia was our tour guide, and she did an excellent job explaining everything there is to know about Venice and the islands, while also looking after everyone and making the tour feel very personable. She made Venice special to us, and we are very grateful to her for that for that. When we return to Venice, we will definitely be scheduling tours with Alessia

The Best Afternoon! - What an amazing tour! The boat ride alone was incredible — the perfect view of Venice and the islands. Murano was gorgeous and the glass making demonstration was so impressive! And Burano was equally special - our guide took us to see lace making and the most picturesque streets.

Burano und Murano in nutshell - Too short to see everything. The glass blowing was a joke , Pure commerce, had nothing to do with the craft

DISAPPOINTED - The pickup point is central, but we were unable to find our guide as she had nothing to say what company she was representing. We found her only because we asked if she knew where we could find our guide and she said it was her. The trip across was good. Murano Glass was very nice and enjoyed the experience. We were told we had 10 minutes to look around outside. We then went on to Burano Island but were told on the boat that the Lace Museum was closed on a Monday, so we saw nothing. Why do you sell tickets to see the Museum if you know it is closed on a Monday. Very disappointing experience, to say the least, since this was the reason we went to the Islands. We had a short stroll around the Island and were then left on our own for over an hour free time and all the restaurants were starting to close. Please be careful not to book on a Monday as I was very disappointed that I didn't get to see what I went to Venice to see! Not Happy at all.
