Great Tour with Valerio - Wonderful tour of Venice off the beaten path. Valerio was knowledgeable and entertaining and took us where regular Venitians live and shop. He showed us many local shops and food stores where we returned after the tour to eat, drink and shop! Great experience in Venice!!

Repeat customer - This is my second tour with Valerio - the first was a private tour with a friend and this was a small group. Both tours took us to quieter parts of Venice away from the main tourist drag and explored aspects of Venetian life I was curious about. Enjoyed both equally although the private tour did involve a Select Spritz 😀Valerio has also been a great source of information about the best restaurants etc which helps when there’s so much choice. If you can see him early in your trip and then use his expertise to plan the best week.

VENICE BENEFITS A DIFFERENT WAY - It was a great pleasure to explore “his city” with Valerio away from the hustle and bustle and tourist crowds. Four of us followed him through narrow streets and charming corners that we could not have reached on our own. And it was so good to experience another Venice! He has interwoven the history of Venice with exciting stories about the city and people. Above all, however, he also responded to all our questions with great competence. We were happy to follow him, asked a lot and discussed ... and above all laughed a lot! THANK YOU VALERIO

Educational and fun tour of a part of Venice that you can hardly find on your own - Valerio guided us wonderfully for 2 hours through Dorsoduro, told exciting details and taught us orientation in the streets of Venice. This was exactly what we had hoped for from a tour away from the tourist attractions!

Discover the Less Touristy Areas of Venice - Valerio was a very personable and knowledgeable guide. It’s a very good tour to do after you see the major tourist sites and are interested in something a little different.

Everything you want to know about Venice, ask Valerio! - Valerio can tell you all about Venice. Two hours was too short because you're hanging on his lips. Highly recommended if you want to know more about the city and its history. Well worth the money.

A great way to get a deeper understanding of Venice - We had a fun and fascinating couple of hours walking with Valerio, together with another couple. He is able to communicate not only his deep 'insider' knowledge of Venice and its history and buildings, but also his enthusiasm for the city. As promised he took us to to some less busy but still very attractive areas and gave us a valuable insight into the 'real' Venice, away from the crowds. A really interesting guy - highly recommended!

Best guide, very flexible and authentic - It all worked out. Valerio is a great, very authentic guide who cared deeply that I or we (2 people, mega!) get a great tour. He had his plan but was also very flexible on us to take in our plans and questions. It was very entertaining and informative, highly recommended and a gift for the prize. Grace, Valerio!

Excellent tour - Excellent tour with knowledgeable guide who adapted tour to interests . I highly recommend seeing the other side of Venice - even more beautiful ( if that is possible ) than the well visited sites and certainly quieter!
