Guided view - Thanks to Georgia our guide and Alessandro the commander, the tour was spectacular, they gave us many details of the islands we visited and it became very enjoyable. We will repeat without a doubt.

Day visiting Murano, Torcello and Burano - Day tour to visit the three islands, the times to see each of them are well adjusted, as they give more time in Murano because you arrive practically at lunchtime. Less time in Torcello and Burano, but enough to take a walk through both. Giada has been our guide, very attentive and friendly.

Very affordable and fun - The islands were beautiful and a joy to visit. Plenty of shopping opportunities and time to explore each one. We loved Burano the best and could have stayed all day!

I recommend - I recommend. Do not create expectation in Torcello, dispensable. Preferably stay longer in Murano and Burano.

Nice experience - For those who spend more than a day in Venice I highly recommend this half-day tour (12-18:30) to the islands of Murano, Torcello and Burano. It is partially driven, and are three pretty islets to visit. Murano with demonstration of glass blowing. Torcello (here negative note: it is exaggerated to stop for more than 1 hour to visit this tiny island that can be visited - at 5 € pp - has only the Basilica of Santa Maria Assunta). Burano with a walk through the typical streets (beautiful colors!), tasting of the typical local biscuit (bussolai di Burano in the shape of an "S"). I would have preferred a departure around 11 and return around 17, and a smaller stop in Torcello but greater in Burano. But still recommended!

Very disappointing - The boat was very overbooked and we were left standing behind the boat driver as not even standing space below. The boat driver who was extremely rude didn’t even have the manners to ask us to squeeze somewhere else whilst he pulled the gang way in just nastily pushed us and pulled it over our feet. He was extremely aggressive and then rowed and shouted with the tour guide in front of us the entire journey it was disgusting behaviour standing on a rocking boat in an unsafe position as not even standing space below just a piece of rope to keep us safe. I wrote to Viator whilst on the tour and expressed how unsafe and awful the situation was and what we were experiencing and they have done nothing to apologise or assist, didn’t even ask for details of what happened just said would apply for a refund which obviously was rejected. Another party had a family remember refuse to go on the trip as said so overcrowded. The only blessing was a larger boat was finally arranged with nice staff not the disgusting behaviour we first encountered. The glass blowing was good the second Island with Devils Bridge we didn’t see the point of and made the day too long in cold weather, the third island was very pretty to see. I’ve used Viator 3 times now and two out of three have been bad 😔😡

Very bad - If there was a zero I would put it gladly we went up to San Marco then we went down to Murano not even the time to see the demonstration and we left then we stopped in torcello where they repeated continuously the restaurant where to eat, while the others who do not eat could visit other where else there was then we stopped in burano where they made us taste cookies and if we wanted to buy them all aimed in their interest after climbs we had to take groups of other boats that had had problems then they repeated that those who wanted to stop in San Marco got off who wanted to continue to the station went on changing boat after leaving they asked us for more money without having any receipt and bad guide

A bad trip. - First they tell you that they change your schedule, then they reduce the places to visit and then you realize that buying a ticket on public transport is better priced and you have better schedules. The only thing that saves everything is the guide, who behaved very professionally despite the drink he had to go through because of his company.
